Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature, no account, no watermark, no "pro" plan waiting around the corner. If it saves you time, there's a tip jar — that's the entire business model.
Where does my invoice data go?
Your invoice details stay in your browser and are never uploaded. Optional aggregate statistics contain no invoice data or visitor identifiers.
How do I get the PDF?
Click Download PDF, then choose "Save as PDF" in your browser's dialog. You get a clean A4 or US Letter document with no branding on it but yours.
Does it work offline?
Yes — once the page has loaded, you can fill in and print invoices without a connection.
Why should I trust this?

Can I add a Swiss QR-bill?
Yes. Open the Swiss QR-bill section in the editor, enter your IBAN and address, and the payment part is printed on its own page after the invoice. It is a beta feature, so verify the first bill with your bank's app.

Privacy and optional statistics

Optional aggregate statistics are available only after you allow them.
With your permission, we count page views, editor starts, valid print requests and merchant-link clicks to improve the site. Requests contain only the site, an approved page path, event type and a fixed tool or merchant category. No form values, invoice contents, URL parameters, referrer, IP addresses or browser details are stored by the counter. There are no visitor profiles or cross-site visitor links.
Daily totals cover 90 UTC calendar days, including today. Expired totals are excluded from reports; automatic physical deletion can follow later, usually within 24 hours. The counter runs on Google Cloud Run and Firestore in Frankfurt (europe-west3). Vercel hosts the website. Network connection data must still be processed to deliver requests; provider security logs are separate from these statistics.
Statistics require consent. Allowing or refusing is optional and does not affect invoices. Change your choice using Statistics preferences. The preference is stored only in your browser, not as an identifier. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection. Invoice drafts are also stored locally; clear the site's browser data to remove them.
Hosting providers may process technical data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards. Provider notices: Vercel and Google Cloud. No advertising profiles, sale of these statistics or visitor-level attribution. Updated 4 September 2026.
