Common questions
Should I bill before or after the sessions?
Monthly in arrears is simplest for ongoing students, prepaid blocks work for new ones. This template is set up for arrears billing and is easy to flip.
How do I handle cancelled sessions?
State a cutoff, for example 24 hours notice, in the terms. Sessions cancelled after the cutoff count as delivered.
