Handyman / Contractor Invoice Template
Trade invoices need to split labor from materials. Clients accept a materials line with receipts available far more easily than one mixed total, and separating them protects your labor rate.
This free template has labor hours, materials and a call out fee. Change the numbers, add tax if you charge it, and hand the client a clean printed PDF or send it from your phone.

Common questions
Should I mark up materials?
Many trades add 10 to 20 percent for sourcing time. Whether you do or not, keep materials on their own line so labor stays comparable.
Payment on completion or net terms?
For private customers, payment on completion is normal and this template says so. For property managers and businesses, net 14 is common.
